Paul Harrington

Paul was raised in Adelaide and became a Christian in 1978 while studying at Adelaide Uni. After working for several years as a lawyer, Paul went on to complete a theological degree and joined the staff of Trinity Church Adelaide in 1988. The Trinity Network now meets at 15 sites across Adelaide and South Australia, and Paul’s main role currently is to encourage and coach senior staff and help lead the Trinity Network in reaching more people with the gospel. Paul is on The Gospel Coalition Australia council and is a vice president for the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students. He is married to Sue, and they have three adult children and eight grandchildren.

Paul Tennant is a director of the accounting firm, Tennant Schultz, which he started in Adelaide in 2010. Tennant Schultz assists individuals and small businesses with their taxation compliance obligations and business development needs. He completed a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and a Master of Accountancy before becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2007. Paul is an active member of Trinity Church Colonel Light Gardens. He and his wife, Carolyn, have five children. He is passionate about helping people to be good stewards of the resources with which God has gifted them.
Kim Folland

Originally training as an Occupational Therapist, Kim worked in brain injury rehabilitation before relocating overseas with her family to join Operation Mobilisation as a volunteer with their ships ministry. After several years working in overseas mission in the not‑for‑profit sector, she moved back to Adelaide and in 2016 began work as an Executive Assistant for leaders in theological education and ministry. In 2024, Kim began work as a Foundation Manager for a private philanthropic trust, in a role that oversees charitable giving to various ministries across Adelaide and Australia. With a particular interest in governance and healthy organisations in ministry, Kim is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and she hopes to continue to contribute and support organisations in sharing the gospel. Kim is a member of Trinity Church Tonsley.
Andrew Severinn
Andrew Severin
Andrew brings over 17 years of experience in the not‑for‑profit sector. In his current role as Business Manager with the Trinity Network, he oversees a broad portfolio including finance, IT, strategy development, marketing and promotion, HR, property, and administration. Before joining the Trinity Network, Andrew spent 16 years in franchise management and development across a range of industries, both in Australia and overseas. This background has shaped his practical, commercially astute approach to organisational leadership, as well as his ability to build systems and teams that scale. Andrew grew up on a farm in southern New South Wales, an upbringing that instilled in him a strong work ethic, grounded perspective, and a deep appreciation for community. He is a committed member of Trinity Church Lockleys.

Anne has been part of the Trinity Network of churches in Adelaide for over 30 years, after joining whilst studying Social Sciences at Adelaide University. After graduating from the Bible College of South Australia, Anne served for 10+ years in various pastoral roles in Trinity Network churches before joining the Network Executive team in 2020. She is the co-founder and chair of Grace Conference, which began over 20 years ago and brings Christian women together across Adelaide. Anne is a ministry coach with Reach Australia and serves on the TGCA Board and Editorial Panel. She is married to Daniel, has two young adult daughters and is a member of Trinity Church Unley.

Jack grew up in a family that loved Jesus and passed that faith on. He loves the gospel and helping people integrate the gospel in all areas of life and grow in their love for Jesus. He is passionate about mission and raising up the next generation of leaders. He’s married to Kate and loves parenting their three kids together. He loves reading (especially history), getting small amounts of exercise in, and spending time at the beach with the family. Jack splits his time between Barneys Anglican Church, ES on Campus and coordinating the Ministry Apprenticeship Program with Kate.
Karl Forsyth

Men’s Convention Chair
Karl Forsyth is the Chair of Adelaide Men’s Convention and is the Senior Pastor at Trinity Church Unley. Prior to joining the Trinity Network of Churches as a Pastor, Karl completed a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and worked as a chemical engineer in a variety of different industries. He once helped to make glass bottles, making 2 million bottles every day. Karl also completed a Masters of Divinity and a Graduate Diploma of Divinity at Ridley College in Melbourne and has worked in churches in Melbourne, Warnambool and Adelaide. Karl is married to Meredith, and together they have four children.
